What we collect and why
ThingzEye collects certain information from users to enhance the quality and services to ensure seamless connectivity of devices. Some of the data we collect includes device IP and MAC addresses to maintain device connectivity. The mobile application will save your name and email address to authenticate and identify you as a legitimate user. The in-app QR Code scanner is used only to register new devices.
Your financial information is not retained, collected, or disclosed in any manner. Our devices may collect data whether you are present or at home or not.
